This workshop aims at forming students and researchers in ecology and evolution interested in using or developing high throughput phenotyping apporaches, with a special focus on non model organisms. It will provide an overview of existing methods and tools, widening the range of possibilities for teams aiming at characterizing complex phenotypes on a large scale, and help them develop news tools for these approaches.

Les journées seront organisées en matinées théoriques, avec des présentations, et après-midi centrées sur les applications pratiques. Une large place sera donnée aux discussions sur les projets des participants.
